This is the first look I have created using my creative me palette by coastal scents! :) I love the palette by the way... the color payoff is really nice. Here is my tutorial on my look. Hope you like it and hope it helps!

So here is my tutorial on my neutral eye look!
Ok this is my first tutorial ever!!! So be nice lol... I know it's not that great and my camera quality super sucks...
