So here is my tutorial on my neutral eye look!
Ok this is my first tutorial ever!!! So be nice lol... I know it's not that great and my camera quality super sucks... I need to get a new one... but it's all I have at the moment... anyway I hope you guys like it... and leave comments if you want to critique anything or give me any suggestions on how I could make them better... or any looks you would like me to create and show you how to do!
